Syrena is excited to offer our first annual to-go Bigos fundraiser to celebrate the New Year. Following the Christmas Eve Wigilia and Christmas Day feasts, Polish families use their leftover sauerkraut, meats and fruits to create a hunter’s stew, bigos.

Pickup is Dec. 29 and 30, 2020 (Pickup location included below). A Syrena representative will contact you with pickup location when payment is confirmed.
